- 使用你常用的邮箱账号，新建一封邮件。
- 在邮件的“收件人”栏填写：[email protected]
- 设置邮件标题。建议使用以下格式：Banned phone number:手机号。

申诉方式二： 通过Telegram官方网页进行申诉
Telegram官方也提供了在线申诉的网页渠道。你可以通过访问Telegram Support页面进行申诉。
- 打开你的手机或电脑浏览器，在地址栏中输入以下链接：

I have always used my account normally and have never violated any of Telegram’s rules or terms of service. However, it was suddenly banned, and I’ve lost contact with many friends and important contacts. This makes me feel very upset and anxious. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in lifting the ban from my account. Thank you very much for your help and understanding.
- 在表单下方的“Your email”文本框填写你的常用邮箱地址。
- 在“Your phone number”文本框中，填写你被封禁的Telegram账号所绑定的手机号码，务必包含区号。

申诉后账号通常多久可以解封？
提交申诉后账号解封的时间并没有一个固定的时间。 因为Telegram官方的人工审核团队规模有限，处理申诉的速度并没有很快。如果你的申诉在48小时内没有得到处理，最长可能需要等待7天左右。请耐心等待并定期尝试登录你的Telegram账号，查看是否已经解封。
